Cleansing & Detoxing - Part I
Stick with your resolution and make a new start by learning how to cleanse your body on your way to good health. Part I introduces the digestive system, the role of enzymes and probiotics in the digestion/absorption process, the importance of a clean colon, and how to maintain regularity to avoid headaches, acid indigestion, stomach upset, heart burn, diabetes, depression and other symptoms.

Kundalini Yoga
A system of yoga exercises and meditation that promotes health and spiritual awareness. It is a complete science that combines postures (asanas), movement, sound current (mantra), breath (pranayam) and meditation into powerful sets called kriyas. It is designed to provide you with an experience of your highest consciousness by raising your Kundalini.
The word "kundalini" is a metaphor, a poetic way of describing the flow of energy that already exists within each one of us. Kundalini Yoga is more than just a great physical workout. Called the Yoga of Awareness, it is an incredible experience in awakening and raising your consciousness, keeping you feeling young and giving you fullness of heart. You do not have to be an acrobat or gymnast to practice this style of yoga.
In this class everyone will be encouraged to work at their own levels as we explore through chanting, movement, breath work, and meditation. You will find that this class will have a subtle yet profound effect on your life.

Prayer or Meditation - How to Pray
Learn the difference between Prayer and Meditation. Discover an ancient method of prayer that was lost for over 1700 years until the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hamadi Library. Learn how to pray in a manner that is not supplicatory or ritualistic but is based in feeling and uses no words (as words are but symbols of symbols).
We will learn about this method and then employ it in silence. This method of prayer has been scientifically proven effective as we change that which is outside of us by becoming the cause of that which we are attempting to effect. This is done by employing the methods learned and becoming that which we are feeling.

Circle is the simple process of quieting together, acknowledging the circle of life, singing and drumming, and passing a talking stick. Rooted in the traditions of indigenous people around the world, Circle provides a transformative environment where people can speak from their hearts, listen to each other, and send healing prayers of peace out into the world.
Please bring a sitting cushion and hand drums or rattles.
