Intro to Yoga Course

The next session begins Thursday, November 13 at 7:30 - 8:30 pm and ends December 4. Pre-registration and pre-payment ($50) required before 11/4. If you are interested, contact us by phone or email.

Thursday 4pm Yoga Class

A Mixed Level Hatha Yoga Class is being offered on Thursday's at 4 pm to accomodate those who get out of work early such as school teachers and nurses. This class is for both Level I and Level II practitioners.

Thanksgiving Day Class

Two classes will be offered on this day in the morning if demand warrants.

Meditation Class

Beginning Monday, November 17 at 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Make checks payable to Rising Sun Yoga. Cash is accepted. To pay with a credit card, register and pay online for a workshop or a class, login using your ID. If you do not have an ID, email your name and email address by going to the 'Contact Us' tab above. You will receive an ID via email.
