Kids Yoga
The kids sessions are on Tuesdays at 3:30 pm for the 3 - 6 year olds and 4:30 pm for the 6 - 9 year olds. You can register your child at a pro-rated rate and let them attend with other children who are learning yoga as part of their day.

Intro to Yoga Courses
The next available sessions begin on Saturday, March 3rd at 9:30 am and Tuesday, March 6th at 6 pm. Register soon as these fill up very quickly. $48 for the four classes.
If you are not able to join the Intro Courses because they are full or your schedule does not permit, then your option is to join the Beginners Classes on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm, Thursdays at 6:00 pm and/or Saturdays at 11:00 am.
